WordCamps are casual, community-focused conferences for anyone who wants to reach an audience online. It’s a deeply strange time to plan an event, but the strengths and fellowship of the far-reaching WordPress world continue to shine through in virtual gatherings. WordPress connects us each to a wider audience centered around the things we care about, and even when we can’t meet in person, we can continue to foster the collaborative spirit that makes WordPress special.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Tricks of the Trade,” and our focus is on the diversity of our LA WordPress community. This is an event for all corners of the greater Los Angeles area, and we want to hear from the many walks of WordPress proprietors — from storefronts and community groups to cultural creators. There will be nuts and bolts talks on the programming side, and candid discussions on how to build and maintain meaningful connections in audience development.
