Join us Friday the 9th @ Blankspaces<\/a> in Santa Monica from 11am – 4pm for a WordPress theme workshop. This event is a free seminar which is part of WordCamp LA<\/a> 2011.<\/p>\n

You must be registered with the conference to attend, but if you feel like only attending this event please leave a donation (anything helps). Please note, there is only 50 spaces available so if you are a developer or a more advnaced user, please hold off on attending, we’ve got a developers<\/a> day for you.<\/em><\/p>\n

Overview of the key concepts behind taking any design and turning it into a functional WordPress theme. Tips include base themes to work off, how to break up a PSD and its content into pieces suited for WordPress, the best plug-ins for heavy customization, etc. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
